Staff Software Engineer, Product

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join one of our product engineering teams at Included Health. Reporting the Director Engineering, this is a technical lead individual contributor role focused on driving technical strategy, elevating engineering standards, and delivering high-impact, user-facing solutions at scale. As a Staff Engineer, you will operate across team boundaries to shape architecture, influence technical direction, and partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to build experiences that meaningfully improve member outcomes. You will be hands-on in the code while also setting the bar for quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
