Senior Manager, Practice Operations

As the Senior Manager of Practice Operations for Virtual Primary Care (VPC) and Virtual Care Support (VCS), you will lead the team that drives clinical performance and advances integration toward value‑based care delivery. You will design and scale virtual care workflows, manage multi‑state workforce and licensing strategies, and own complex projects end‑to‑end—from ideation through implementation—using data to forecast capacity, optimize coverage, and achieve KPIs tied to outcomes, efficiency, and access.   In close partnership with Clinical Leadership, you’ll streamline clinical administrative functions and optimize staffing and operational infrastructure for national scale.
