Manager, Business Acceleration - Care Delivery

As a Manager on our Business Acceleration team, you will drive the long-term growth of our Care Delivery business as both a strategist and a builder. You will help identify new business strategies, applying rigorous, first-principles thinking and analytics to distinguish high-potential opportunities from noise. You will help incubate and pilot these new concepts, measuring their performance to inform whether to pivot, scale, or sunset. You will also support the continuous evolution of our existing Care Delivery service lines, synthesizing industry trends, market feedback, and internal insights to refine our current solutions. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong partnership across our Product, Sales, Finance, Analytics, and Clinical Operations teams to bring new strategies to life. We are looking for a leader who approaches our most complex challenges with humility, creativity, analytical horsepower, and a bias toward action.
